I have been in a very fortunate position to have worked with George as both a candidate and as a hiring manager. I say fortunate because I get to see that he puts in the same tireless efforts with both groups. As a candidate, George kept me fully up to date with the process and where I was in it; from screening my CV to prepping me for the interview, all the way through to my first day.

I've got a final stage interview on Monday and wanted to give some feedback about Nicol Jalowiecka as she has been amazing.
I don't think I've ever been as prepared for interviews as well as I have with Nicol. Before my first stage, she arranged a call with me and took me through everything I needed to prepare for my interview. I then got immediate feedback post interview from her and hopefully I'll be securing the role on Monday with them.
She has been absolutely wonderful. Any question I've had has been answered, I feel like she is genuinely rooting for me and she's got a great personality. Given that I have recently been made redundant, she has really given me a lot of confidence and is by far the best recruiter I've spoken with over the last 2.5 weeks.
When Jack first got in touch about the role, I was (as you know) very excited, but with a touch of ‘imposter syndrome.’ Jack skilfully helped me through this - eliciting my somewhat left-of-centre requirements and realising that I’d be a good match for this fairly unique position. He took the time to explain the intricacies of the role to me - and answered all the questions I had. I did not at any point feel like he was “blagging.” As you’re aware, this is very rare in recruitment!

Macauley proved to be a breath of fresh air, whilst representing his client. Whilst I was not looking for a career move, he managed to match me well to his clients interesting opportunity. From initial conversation to offer and negotiations he was pragmatic, clear and communicative, understanding of my own situation and never gave the hard sell on any aspect. Whilst I eventually did not accept, it's only right to credit the way he works, a huge asset to Tria or any client he represents.
I have worked with Sasha and her teams across two companies (The Body Shop and The FA).
