Background: When initially approaching one of TRIA’s consultants, Pete Skilton,  Avidity's CTO was looking to source candidates in Glasgow area and needed a recommendation for a recruitment agency. TRIA confidently confirmed that we would be able to help.

The situation: When taking on this recruitment project, TRIA wanted to avoid time being taken up by a recruitment process and to ensure that the difficulty Avidity had previously experienced, would be solved swiftly.

The approach: Having worked with Avidity’s CTO previously, TRIA already understood the level of technical needs Avidity’s roles require. As well as an awareness of how the company operates, removing the need to develop a candidate persona.
