TRIA attain certification as a Women Business Enterprise with global organisation WEConnect International
TRIA are proud to be a majority female owned and managed business. And now, we are excited to be recognised by a global network that connects female owned businesses to organisations seeking diversity in their supply chains.
The WeConnect International (WCI) certification confirms TRIA as a diverse supplier and supports our continued work towards supporting women in business. We believe our diverse makeup is a key strength and welcome the opportunity to connect with likeminded companies who share the same values.
Globally recognised status
WCI is an established global network dedicated to connecting women owned businesses to qualified buyers around the world. With a presence in 135 countries, representing 16,000 women owned businesses, and 180+Member Buyers; By providing access to new markets and networks, WCI aim to empower women owned business and contribute to minimising gender disparity, as well as highlighting the benefits that come from working with women owned businesses.
Empowering Women Owned Businesses
To qualify as a certifying body with WCI, each business is interviewed and reviewed to ensure the company is at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by one or more women. And as a majority female led agency, TRIA can proudly say that in addition to two thirds of our founding team; 60% of our management team and over 50% of our workforce is female.
A Cornerstone for Diversity and Inclusion
As a diverse supplier, TRIA work to ensure more gender visibility in the tech recruitment sector, paving the way for more female representation in leadership positions and a variety of role models for future generations. As well as providing benefits to our clients and providing a positive impact to the wider tech industry we operate in. Our new certification with WCI is a significant step to continuing this.
