I am working with a future-facing hospitality brand on the recruitment of an experienced Head of Cyber. Within this role, you will manage and contain information security incidents and events to protect information assets and the company’s reputation.
They are looking for someone who can lead a service management team, alongside third-party vendors, to oversee the implementation and delivery of a groupwide security awareness, improve current software and ensure data protection. You will be leading third party supplier management as it relates to cyber security including supplier reviews, risk assessments and contract management
Previous experience required:
- Writing detailed, technical and data policies.
- Experience working with and managing vendors and third-party suppliers.
- Experience working with the Microsoft stack, in particular, Microsoft Defender, 365 etc.
- Ability to lead and motivate others to achieve operations and strategic goals.
- Knowledge and experience securing complex security management frameworks.

As part of this, they are looking to bring on a Lead Developer to work with their Digital Member Services team, who will contribute to a variety of exciting digital-based projects for members and customers. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to support programme delivery internally and externally (partners and key stakeholders). Create and manage detailed program schedules encompassing key milestones, timelines, and resource needs. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience Required: Proficient understanding of the retail value chain, consumer challenges, and opportunities presented by digitisation. Demonstrated experience in formulating clear action plans and successfully executing them. Minimum of 2 years supporting and delivering digital based projects.
