HR Business Analyst
Contract - £450-480/day – Inside IR35 – Weymouth/Remote
3-4 months contract – Part-time available

A leading client in the retail sector are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis to support the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system.

This HR Business Analyst role will require experience with the following:

  • Any core HR system, ideally Ceridian, or payroll systems
  • Collaborate with a third-party supplier for delivery
  • Process mapping, outlining the ‘to-be’, supporting the Project Manager and a small team of BAs
  • Experience in a retail environment is desirable but not essential. You must be comfortable in a fast-moving, quick-changing environment!
This client can offer part-time working, ideally 3-4 days per week. The option to work 5 days is available. The client have fun, newly-refurbished offices based in Weymouth, and ideally are looking for somebody happy to go to Weymouth 1-2 times per week.

You will be working on a complex programme replacing a legacy system with a new Warehouse Management System (WMS). As the Data Migration Specialist, you will help define the scope of historical data migration and the approach to data migration that the team should take. You will specific and design the appropriate data tooling set for the data migration. You will be migrating onto the new WMS with some historic data going to their Enterprise Data Warehouse (Snowflake).
