I am working with a very unique, not-for-profit supply chain
/retail organisation who are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their small, dynamic team. You'll lead on implementing their internal communications strategy, carrying out hands-on communications as well as contributing to driving culture change and engagement opportunities.
Day-to-day as an Internal Communications Manager, you will be:
- Creating and distributing content across a number of formats and channels
- Managing events, including organisation and communication
- Partnering with the CEO to lead on executive communications and messaging
- Developing and delivering the employee engagement strategy in partnership with the HR team
- Using analytics to monitor the effectiveness of your communications, and use these insights to inform your strategy moving forwards
- Experience working in a supply-chain, retail, member-owned, or FMCG environment
- Experience working with C-suite or very senior leaders
- Video editing, SharePoint site building, and project management skills are all a bonus but not an essential

Operating in the media industry, this company are market leaders in what they do with an excellent reputation as a place of work. The Digital Workplace team is responsible for several of the key tools used internally by our client to help boost productivity and collaboration. Their remit includes, O365, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and ServiceNow. As the Product Owner for ServiceNow, you will help create and prioritise the roadmap for the tool, helping to further evangelise and optimise its usage in the business. You will work with a designated internal developer, as well as coordinate 3rd part developer resources. Our client run a comprehensive ServiceNow package but much of it remains under-utilised, you will help them draw the full value of this through careful stakeholder engagement and good delivery. Their remit includes, O365, Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence). As a PowerApps Developer, you will work within a small team with dedicated Product and Business Analyst support. There is great business interest in PowerApps, which has built up a large backlog of development work to address. You will be instrumental in building out these new solutions to address business challenges and improve efficiencies.
