This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our payroll processes, and we are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in entire end-to-end payroll process, meticulously ensuring the prompt and precise processing of employee payments, proactively liaising with individuals to validate monthly payroll.
• Daily running of payroll in simulation and reporting and rectification of errors found.
• Inputting court orders, ensuring accuracy and logging on tracker to enable quick reference when queries arise.
• Assist with pension uploads to our Pension provider and ensure members’ information is continuously up to date.
• Advise employees where necessary regarding statutory payments, including SSP, SMP and SPP.
• Liaising and responding to queries as necessary from team members and employees of all levels across the business, promptly resolving their queries and conducting thorough research to provide accurate advice.
• Support with running reports, conducting analysis, and providing up to date information where needed.
• Assisting with administration of company benefits and annual P11Ds.
• Keeping up to date with changing employment legislation and policies. Qualifications and

• Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, either in-house, or in a Payroll Practice, demonstrating successful and accurate performance of payroll duties.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, as part of a busy Payroll team.
• Strong customer service mindset and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Numerate, strong knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given.
• Understanding of statutory leave and payments, e.g. maternity and sickness.
• Understanding of tax and NI regulations and calculations.
This role is based at our Head Office in Bexhill-On Sea with free onsite parking.

We are representing a globally renowned brand who are looking for a Service Manager to join their team on an interim basis for a 14-month FTC.
