You’ll be working closely with a tight-knit team to ensure that internal communications and employee engagement are a success across the business. Day-to-day in this Communications Consultant role: Shape and deliver a new communications strategy, reviewing and adapting existing policies Develop an annual calendar of multichannel content to support the leadership team to tell stories about purpose, values and behaviours Create and share content for internal channels (Sharepoint, Teams) Partner with marketing, HR, and business planning Analyse effectiveness of internal communications using datadriven insights Ideal experience for this Communications Consultant role: Experience of internal communications in both large and small organisations Experience of content creation for online and offline channels Experience working directly with senior leadership Experience analysing existing processes and creating new strategies Experience working with Sharepoint Professional qualifications such as CIM or CAM are a bonus but not an essential This Communications Consultant role requires two visits per week to a Central London office. Technical Product Owner

Technical Product Owner London/Hybrid 6 Month Contract, Outside IR35 £575-£600/day A leading client in the insurance industry are looking for a highly technical Product Owner/Business Analyst to join them on an initial 6-month contract basis, to be the link between the Product Manager and the developers in the Agile Product team. This client is in an interesting niche of insurance, and are operating in an Agile way to deliver an exciting new portal for members, brokers and users. You will be highly technical- very likely to have a development background- and you’ll be comfortable taking user stories and business requirements and turning them into highly technical implementation detail for developers. Ideal experience for this Technical Product Owner role: A software engineering/development background (.Net and Azure stack is preferable), or highly technical experience working closely with developers on technical solutions to business requirements Experience operating in a cross-functional Agile product team Experience working closely with back-end developers Experience working in the insurance sector is a bonus Experience translating user stories into technical implementation detail Functional specifications- explain in detail how a technical solution will meet a business requirement You may currently be a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Analyst who has a background in development, software engineering, or a role where you have been close to the detail with .Net and Azure technologies. This role is an initial 6-month contract, with hybrid working from Central London. The role can pay around £575-£600/day Outside of IR35.
