Up to £45,000 + Benefits 

 

I am representing an accredited Microsoft Technology Partner and IT Managed Service Provider who can bring on an excellent 3rd Line Support Engineer to join the growing team. You can expect to be supporting the wide client base with various IT issues. 

 

Responsibilities for the 3rd Line Support Engineer: 

  • Engage with customers through various channels to provide effective service to customer end users 

  • Prioritisation and management of allocated tickets, ensuring these are resolved within agreed SLAs 

  • Provide in depth diagnosis and resolutions of incidents 

  • Be a point of escalation for technical queries from the 1st and 2nd line teams 

 

Skills & Experience 

  • Previous experience of proving IT support at 3rd line level 

  • Experience of administering and supporting the latest Microsoft Technologies 

  • Ability to build, configure and support Windows desktop systems

As part of this, they are looking to bring on a Lead Developer to work with their Digital Member Services team, who will contribute to a variety of exciting digital-based projects for members and customers. As the Lead Developer, your day-to-day will be: Approximately 80% of your time will be spent on hands-on software development in a tech stack including C# .Net, Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps You’ll work in a cross-functional Product team, working in an Agile way Around 20% of your time will be spent managing and mentoring 2 developers in the team The organisation are looking to create a ‘Development Pratice’ to ensure consistent excellence in software development across the whole team- they’d love you to get involved in this!
