Integration Solution Architect (MuleSoft)

Circa £110k per annum + car allowance + bonus

Hybrid – London (3 days per week)

We are seeking an Integration Solution Architect to take on a strategic, business-critical role within a growing organisation undergoing significant digital and technology transformation. This is a senior opportunity within the Architecture & Engineering function, focused on shaping and delivering a modern integration and API landscape.

As the Integration Solution Architect, you will own the integration architecture vision, setting standards, patterns, and best practices across the organisation. You will play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and high-quality integration solutions, with MuleSoft at the heart of the platform strategy.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams, you will ensure business and technology strategies are enabled through effective integration design, while driving consistency, reuse, and innovation across a complex but evolving estate.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong, hands-on experience working as an Integration Solution Architect
• Has proven experience designing and delivering integration and API solutions using MuleSoft (essential)
• Brings expertise in defining integration principles, patterns, and standards
• Has experience working across enterprise applications, platforms, and data integrations
• Is confident engaging, influencing, and collaborating with senior stakeholders
• Has experience contributing to architecture governance and enterprise architecture frameworks
• Ideally has experience working in smaller organisations or scale-up environments, where flexibility and hands-on delivery are key
