We’re seeking an experienced Cyber GRC Manager to support cyber governance, risk, and compliance activities across complex operational environments within a large-scale organisation.

The role will focus on strengthening cyber risk management practices, governance frameworks, compliance oversight, and security assurance across both enterprise and operational technology environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing cyber governance and risk activities across operational environments
• Maintaining and improving security policies, standards, and controls
• Supporting compliance and audit activities aligned to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS
• Conducting risk assessments and tracking remediation activities
• Supporting third-party and supplier risk management processes
• Engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong experience within Cyber GRC roles in complex or operational environments
• Knowledge of enterprise security and operational technology (OT) risk considerations
• Experience working within regulated or large-scale organisations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities

London-based hybrid working required.
