Change Managers - Central London (Hybrid Working)
1 x Permanent | 1 x 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Up to £67,000 + Excellent Benefits & Work-Life Balance

We're working with a fantastic organisation based in Central East London that's looking to hire two experienced Change Managers - one on a permanent basis, and one on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

These are high-impact roles focused on driving and embedding meaningful change across the organisation. You'll play a key part in planning and delivering change initiatives that enhance processes, systems, and structures - ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Champion a collaborative, consultative approach to change by developing and implementing clear plans with stakeholder engagement at the core.
  • Design and deliver effective communication strategies using a variety of channels to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Act as a voice for key stakeholders - ensuring the design and delivery of new processes, systems or technologies reflect both organisational needs and end-user experience.
  • Identify interdependencies across multiple projects and initiatives, and work with teams to plan for and mitigate potential risks or conflicts.
  • Track the impact of change on staff, stakeholders, and service users, using insights to shape improvements and future change strategies.
  • Lead the development of lessons learned reports and make recommendations to enhance consultation and engagement practices.
  • Partner with internal and external communications teams to shape messaging and drive strategic communication around changes.
  • Develop and lead engagement activities, producing clear documentation and creating toolkits that support change across the wider organisation.
  • Build organisational capability in change management, mentoring and supporting others to adopt best practice approaches.
  • In some cases, take full ownership of managing individual change projects within broader transformation programmes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in change management, ideally within large or complex organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to assess and manage risks, interdependencies, and impacts of organisational change.
  • Confident designing communication plans and engagement strategies.
  • A relevant change management qualification (e.g. APMG, BCS, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

These are exciting opportunities to contribute to significant transformation within a supportive and collaborative environment, with a strong focus on wellbeing, flexibility, and professional development.
