We are working with an ambitious consumer brand, who are seeking a Director of Digital & eCommerce to lead a digital transformation and accelerate online growth. What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will take full ownership of eCommerce operations, overseeing everything from website management, promotions, stock, and pricing to key partnerships. You will champion a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints, optimising navigation, checkout, mobile performance, and CRM-driven loyalty. Leading the digital marketing strategy across SEO, PPC, paid social, and affiliates, you will ensure budgets are optimised for acquisition, retention, and traffic growth.

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years' digital / eCommerce leadership experience, ideally in retail, consumer, or luxury goods.
• Proven track record of delivering growth across multi-channel eCommerce businesses.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce best practice, customer acquisition strategies, and emerging digital trends.
• Commercially driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
• Inspirational leadership style with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
