A premier league football club with operations across two sites in West London is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join its IT team full-time on site.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting both hospitality and business operations. You'll be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of existing Mac and Windows environments, ensuring seamless IT service delivery across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support to end users across both sites.
• Manage and resolve escalated support tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows 11 and macOS.
• Administer and support Office 365 applications and services.
• Perform patching and system updates.
• Fix and maintain IT infrastructure and end-user devices.
• Participate in weekend work as required to support operational needs.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a support role.
• Experience with Windows 11
• Familiarity with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work full-time on site across two West London locations.
• Flexible to support occasional weekend work.
