London or Basingstoke (Hybrid - 2 Days in Office)

£70,000 - £72'000 + 12% Pension + 25 days holiday

We're seeking an experienced Microsoft Business Platforms Manager to join an exciting and rapidly growing organisation. This role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation, optimisation, and management of Microsoft business applications, including M365, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power Platform.

This role would suite someone looking to take their next step up in their career who is working as a Product Manager, Senior BA, Functional Consultant or something similar within the M365 / D365 CRM world, who is looking to progress their career as a M365 Platform Manager.

In this key position, you'll provide technical leadership, oversee a team of six engineers, and ensure seamless integration of Microsoft solutions across the organisation putting in the right controls and governance within M365 to ensure it's utilised and optimised it's full potential. You'll be responsible for developing a roadmap for platform adoption, ensuring security compliance, driving cost optimisation, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Oversee implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure services.
  • Ensure security best practices via AAD, conditional access, DLP, and compliance policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and cost optimisation strategies.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within your team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing Microsoft business platforms.
  • Expertise in M365, and a good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
