We're working with a respected UK property and infrastructure consultancy seeking a Senior GIS Technician to join their fast-growing geospatial team. This is a role where spatial data and real-world impact go hand in hand from supporting legal and planning processes to driving site analysis for major development and renewable energy projects.
You'll be working with the full Esri Enterprise platform, FME, and advanced 2D/3D datasets to deliver high-quality mapping, spatial analysis, and site-finding models. Your insights will feed into projects across energy, life sciences, commercial property and beyond, while helping embed GIS thinking into broader business workflows.
You should have hands-on experience with tools like ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online/Enterprise, Survey123 and data integration workflows. Familiarity with 3D environments, Spatial SQL, or survey data is welcome - but above all, we're looking for someone excited about applying GIS in meaningful, practical ways.
