Support Engineer

Circa £475/day (OIR35) - flexible

We are representing a highly prestigious and industry leading luxury consumer goods brand looking for a Support Engineer to assist on a large, business-critical project.

As the Support Engineer, you will provide technical support for the D365 Business Central and Shopify platforms, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations, data synch, and work flows. You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to analyse business requirements, and implement solutions.

We are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft D365 Business Central - configuration and setting up these ERP platforms
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Understanding of integration tools & middleware
  • Excellent communications skills & the ability to speak in layman terms
