Are you a Project Manager with proven experience of delivering Workday programmes? Have you worked on large-scale transformation and transition experience, ideally in partnership with external suppliers and partners? If so, apply now for this new role.
This is a Fixed Term role for 18 months and will be based in Central London. There is a requirement to be onsite 3 days per week.
In this high‑impact role, the Workday Transformation Project Manager will support the Programme Director in driving the end‑to‑end Workday transformation. You will coordinate multi‑stream project delivery, ensure a strong delivery framework is in place, and oversee the smooth transition from programme deployment into a sustainable business‑as‑usual Workday environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex delivery settings, enjoys senior stakeholder engagement, and has a strong understanding of both transformation and operational HR service models.

Workday Programme Delivery
Programme Controls & Quality Assurance
BAU Workday Team Support
Transition to the New Support Model
Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
