Jasmine Grimshaw

After around 6 years of working in sales across various industries, I felt it was time for a change. I’d been living in Bristol for just over a year; having moved during lockdown times from Exeter and still working from home. I wanted to work in an office again and integrate myself further within the Bristol community. After exploring a few options, I felt recruitment was the right environment for me. Everyone at TRIA was so welcoming and it just felt right straight away. 

I interviewed at a few different recruitment companies but TRIA was the only place that had a truly welcoming feel through and through and also seemed to really focus on the human element of recruiting. That really drew me.

I love building real connections with candidates and helping them find their perfect role. It’s so rewarding at the end of the process, making that phone call with the good news!

Outside of work I am a bit of a theatre fanatic and love musicals, dancing and acting. I’ve been lucky enough to work alongside Dawn French on a TV project which was an incredible experience. I also love figure skating, and practice when the weather’s nice on my ‘off ice’ skates – but I enjoy chilling at home with a takeaway and TV series too!
