I was fortunate enough to join TRIA in November 2020, when I followed in the footsteps of my good Friend & previous colleague - Pete Skilton, whom had joined the month before & said "You must join this company, you will love it" and he was right. TRIA not only offered us the opportunity to work collaboratively, as a real recruitment solution team, but also provided us with the flexibility to work totally bespoke to clients' needs. I had a small blip in Summer 2021, when I was head-hunted into a different role, but soon realised my huge mistake & TRIA were extremely gracious in taking me back & luckily poor Pete did not hold a grudge on me leaving him and I have not looked back since re-joining this fantastic company.

TRIA promotes team working, plus honest transparency, combined with a strong work ethic and this is the type of culture, where I can thrive, in a very open & positive environment and I am extremely lucky to have the support of our Directors, as well as the friendship of colleagues and just a fantastic place to work, where I can be myself.  

Even after over 20 years in the job - I still a buzz out of placing & helping candidates & forming Recruitment solutions with clients, to solve their requirement puzzles

Outside of work, I love surfing & paddleboarding, spending time with my family and going for very long walks with my German Shepherd/Husky Cross – Jakey.
