I joined TRIA nearly a year ago, which has gone by so quickly! I am a delivery consultant and have been taking on more account management responsibility in the recent months. My goal is to move into a sales consultant position in the coming months.

I spoke to a variety of recruitment companies when I was getting into the industry and TRIA stood out to me from the start. Over half the office are women and I liked that it was relationship driven rather than working in verticals. As soon as I joined, I found that everyone supports each other, and I felt valued from day one.

I love that I work on different roles with a variety of exciting clients. I really enjoy the culture at TRIA, you are supported in how you would like to develop in your career as well as there being lots of incentives and socials.

Outside of work I absolutely love travelling especially solo trips in Europe with my favourite countries I’ve visited being Croatia, Montenegro, and Greece.
