Mike Taylor

I joined TRIA in October 2021 and have spent the last few months building out my desk from scratch. In true TRIA style I have done this by utilising my relationships of change and transformation specialists that I have built up over nearly 10 years of working in the industry. This has enabled me to start working with some new and exciting organisations, providing them with contract and permanent resources to deliver various programmes of work. 

In April 2022 I hired Laura West to support me in providing these services to my client base, and I am excited to see what the future holds for our team!

For me, TRIA was a no brainer. I had the pleasure of working with the 3 founding Directors many years ago at ReThink Recruitment and always knew we would be reunited at some point. 

TRIA is a relationship focused business that ties in nicely with my background. It allows me to focus on what I do best, without the KPIs and micromanagement. 

New client wins. Even after 10 years of doing this job, for me there is nothing better than finding out about an exciting change programme within an organisation I haven’t worked with previously. Partnering with that client and providing them with good people is what this job is all about! 

 Outside of work you’ll catch me spending time with my daughter Mabel, pretending I dislike reality TV, and overindulging on high calorie foods. I’m also a Newcastle United fan and finally hopeful about our future!
