I've been working in the video, sports and media technology industry for the past 8 years. I primarily deal with senior appointments and project based recruitment solutions. I love the industry and have been very fortunate to have worked with many ground breaking tech companies who are offering cutting edge consumer solutions.

TRIA have a really fantastic team and great ways of working. They are truly relationship lead and act as brand ambassadors. This is how I've always approached recruitment, so it was a no brainer to join them. 

The people. I really enjoy building relationships and working with really great people. With TRIA's approach also being relationship driven, it allows me more time to spend with clients and candidates to provide an even better level of service. 

I (try) and play cricket when I can in the summer months but the rest of my spare time is spent with my family, being a taxi driver to my kids and going for walks with my crazy Dalmatian!
