Our service supplies and manages all your tech contractors whilst delivering you consistency, control and compliance. We do not dilute the quality needed to get the right tech talent in a competitive market, and repeatedly deliver in tight timescales.

This service can cover the management of 2nd tier suppliers, process and compliance auditing/creation and the provision of a TRIA onsite presence.

A brief history at TRIA

Feb 2015
TRIA Recruitment is born, founded by Lara, David and Harriet. Moved into broom cupboard sized offices with no central heating. 
Dec 2015
We end the year with 7 staff, 19 very happy clients & 18 professional contractors on site. A proud moment for all at TRIA.
May 2016
TRIA start personal training sessions at Nuffield Health every Wednesday for all staff.
Oct 2017
We have 100 contractors on site and 37 happy clients year to date. Our headcount sits at 16 staff.
Mar 2018
TRIA takes the company on a ‘TRIA Weekender’ skiing in Les Arcs, France to thank everyone for a fantastic year.
May 2018
We start to help the Bristol community, supporting Young Bristol by supplying iPads across all of their sites.
Dec 2018
In 2018, TRIA were shortlisted for the IRP Awards, Recruiter Awards and the Business Leader Awards.
Mar 2019
TRIA move into the top floor of Beacon Tower to our new home with the best views in Bristol.
July 2019
TRIA are official G Cloud and Digital Outcomes & Specialist suppliers concentrating on the Public Sector.
Mar 2020
TRIA secure and launch our first Contract Managed Services for Clarks.
Mar 2022
TRIA takes 24 team members on our 2nd company-wide ski-trip to Morzine.
Sept 2022
TRIA doubles its company growth, reaching over 40 team members and still growing.
Dec 2022
TRIA finish up the year by reaching 175 contractors placed on client side.
Feb 2023
TRIA refurbish the TRIA Towers office space and now occupy the full 14th floor.
