Our client is global retailer based in Central London who are seeking a SuccessFactors People Analytics Expert to join their team. You’ll be working on converting their current reports into story reports on SuccessFactors.
The ideal candidate must have experience in Success Factors specifically working on the People Analytics module. You’ll be an expert in transferring reports from current systems and creating reports. Experience doing this in a retail environment is a bonus but not necessary.
We’re looking for candidates who possess:
- Excellent understanding of people analytics in SuccessFactors
- Skilled at story report creating
- Immediately available

Change Lead Contract- Inside IR35- £650-£675/day London Hybrid- Two days per week Initial 6 months A leading consultancy are looking for experienced Change Managers to join them on a contract basis for an initial 6 months to lead hands-on change and communications activities for a leading FMCG client. To be considered for this Change Lead role, please make an application demonstrating the following: Change and Communications experience across FMCG, Retail, or consumer-facing organisations Experience working for a consultancy Experience working in a large corporate organisation is a bonus Ideally, experience working on adoption of data and analytics changes/standardisations across a business (this is preferred, not essential) Hands-on making Change Impact Assessments Getting creative with your communication- use of SharePoint, digital screens, and more traditional methods This role would ideally suit a Change Communications Lead, Change Communications Consultant, or someone with a really strong communications-focus in their Change work This Change Lead role will be based from London on a hybrid basis, and you must be able to commute to London at least twice per week.
