Project Manager: Security Programme

London

£600 p/d – Inside IR35

24 month project

Hybrid: 2 Days onsite

I’m working with an organisation that is delivering a multi-year programme to strengthen its identity and access security following recommendations from a recent security review. The programme focuses on reducing ransomware risk and improving identity governance across the business.

I’m looking for two Project Managers that will work together across the programme, with one role coordinating multiple parallel workstreams and managing dependencies between them and one having more of a stakeholder management focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery across multiple identity and cybersecurity workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Identify and manage risks, constraints, and cross-project dependencies.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and service teams.
  • Influence decision-making and ensure teams remain aligned across the programme.

Required Experience:

  • Strong stakeholder management, including working with senior leadership.
  • Experience managing complex technical programmes with multiple workstreams.
  • Background delivering infrastructure, cybersecurity, or identity-related projects.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM, or PAM.

Desirable:

  • Experience in cybersecurity or identity transformation programmes.
  • Background in IT service delivery or enterprise environments.
