£50,000-£62,000 + 8-12% bonus + pension contributions doubled (6% = 18%)

We’re excited to be recruiting exclusively for a Software Engineer to join a growing SaaS business building a market-leading platform used by customers globally.

Joining a highly experienced engineering team, you’ll work alongside several senior engineers, helping to deliver new features, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the platform. This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer with around 3+ years’ experience looking to accelerate their development in a strong technical environment.

The Headlines

A hands-on full-stack role focused on building scalable, high-quality software across a modern cloud-based platform.

You’ll be given real ownership, exposure to experienced mentors, and the opportunity to grow towards senior-level responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building new features across the platform
• Developing Python-based backend services and APIs
• Contributing to frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Taking features from concept through to deployment
• Collaborating with engineers, product teams, and customer-facing stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years’ commercial software engineering experience
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience building APIs
• Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks
• Product or SaaS experience preferred
• Curious, collaborative, and keen to learn

Backend: Python, Django, FastAPI

Frontend: JavaScript, Vue.js, CSS

Platform: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD

AI Tooling: Cursor, OpenAI Agents SDK
