Front of House/Facilities Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Blackfriars, London

Working Pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (22.5 hours per week)

Salary: £25,500 per annum (pro rata from £40,000 FTE) + excellent benefits package

We’re looking for an outgoing, hands-on Front of House/Facilities Administrator to be the welcoming face of our client’s Blackfriars office. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their environment, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

The Role:

No two days will be the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, creating a warm first impression for visitors, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative and facilities tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and hosting visitors with a friendly, professional approach
  • Ensuring the office is presentable, well-organised, and running smoothly
  • Managing kitchen supplies and keeping communal areas fully stocked and tidy
  • Supporting general facilities coordination and ad-hoc office needs
  • Providing administrative support as required

  • Strong organisational skills with previous administrative experience
  • Practical, reliable, and comfortable juggling different tasks
  • Enjoys being office-based and supporting a team environment
