Change Manager – Transformation Programme

We’re supporting a large, customer‑facing organisation undergoing a major multi‑year transformation and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to drive business adoption and operational change across the organisation.
This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable operating in environments where product, service and change maturity are still developing, and where practical, business‑led change is critical to success. Experience within hospitality, leisure or retail environments is essential, particularly where operations are distributed across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape the change management approach across a complex transformation landscape
- Convert high‑level requirements into structured change plans and roadmaps
- Work closely with the business to embed change and establish business change champions
- Support change across multiple workstreams, including front‑end platforms, automation, customer data and payments
- Set up and manage communication channels (e.g. SharePoint‑based comms hubs)
- Define simple, pragmatic frameworks for process change and service transition
- Partner with product, engineering and architecture teams to ensure change aligns with delivery
- Manage your own diary, balancing remote delivery with periodic onsite engagement and site visits
About You
- Proven experience as a Change Manager delivering large‑scale transformation programmes
- Hospitality, leisure or retail sector experience is required, ideally across multi‑site environments
- Comfortable working in organisations with low change and service maturity
- Strong business engagement and stakeholder management capabilities
- Pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach with minimal reliance on heavy governance or ITIL frameworks
- Confident operating alongside product, engineering and technology leaders
