Location: London/Southeast – Hybrid / Remote working
Duration: 6+ months
Day Rate: Up to £700 a day DOE (Inside IR35)

Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Mulesoft Integration Lead to support a high-profile programme within a fast-paced organisation on an initial 6+ month contract. This role combines technical hands-on delivery with team leadership, helping to drive integration work across Oracle Fusion and Salesforce platforms during a critical period of increased demand.

You will play a key role in leading a small internal team, overseeing delivery pipelines, and working closely with third-party vendors to ensure integrations are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to a small internal integration team
• Design, deliver, and oversee integrations across Fusion and Salesforce environments
• Stay actively involved in hands-on development, troubleshooting, and optimisation
• Manage priorities and workloads across multiple concurrent integration initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ensure delivery aligns with timelines, quality standards, and business expectations
• Drive best practices across integration design and delivery

Required Experience

• Strong practical experience working with MuleSoft integration solutions
• Solid knowledge of Fortra GoAnywhere MFT
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and third-party vendors effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and resilient approach
• Experience contributing to or leading enterprise integration programmes

Contract Details

• Initial 6 month contract
• Immediate start highly desirable
• Candidates should be available at short notice
• Individuals with longer notice periods may not be suitable
