Programme Manager – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Up to £100,000 + 30% Bonus | Hybrid – London (c. twice a month on-site)

I’m working exclusively on an urgent Programme Manager opportunity with one of the UK’s leading retail organisations. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract supporting several business-critical transformation programmes within their Strategic Change function.

We’re looking for someone who can start immediately or at short notice and has experience delivering complex business change across large organisations.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Programme Manager with experience delivering strategic business change
• Background in retail or top-tier consultancy
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programmes, not just technology projects
• Strong stakeholder management, governance and programme delivery experience
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and navigating complex organisations
• Experience across operational, organisational and strategic change initiatives

The opportunity:

You’ll lead high-profile programmes that touch every part of the business, partnering with Executive stakeholders and functions including Finance, HR, Technology and Operations to deliver meaningful transformation.
