Digital Business Analyst
London/Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Up to £60,000 + Benefits
We’re looking for a Digital Business Analyst with experience in digital or ecommerce to join a fast-paced team delivering key customer experience and ecommerce initiatives.
You’ll work closely with Product, Development, Testing and Systems teams to gather requirements, create user stories, and guide digital projects from concept through to delivery.
Key projects include:
- Loyalty platform migration
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Page Designer implementation
- Marketing personalisation initiatives
- Multi-country ecommerce launch
- Omnichannel customer experience enhancements
We’re looking for:
- Retail experience is essential
- Business Analyst experience within digital/ecommerce
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) exposure
- Strong Agile experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- UX/UI knowledge would be a bonus
