This is a key role within a complex international environment, supporting a workforce of approximately 2,000 employees across the Globe.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering additional Dayforce modules, including Global Absence & Leave Management, Payroll and Compensation.
- Managing complex integrations between Dayforce and other HR platforms, including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions.
- Overseeing third-party implementation partners and ensuring successful delivery against programme milestones.
- Driving governance, stakeholder engagement and programme reporting across HR, IT and business leadership.
- Supporting post-go-live optimisation, stabilisation and continuous improvement following the initial implementation.
About You
We’re looking for a Programme Manager who has:
- Proven experience delivering global Dayforce implementations and HRIS transformation programmes.
- A strong track record of managing global HR technology rollouts across multiple countries and regions.
- Extensive experience delivering HR systems integrations across complex technology landscapes.
- Experience managing Systems Integrators and third-party delivery partners.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior HR, IT and business leaders.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, post-go-live environments where balancing optimisation with future delivery is essential.
If you’re an experienced HRIS Programme Manager with a strong background in Dayforce delivery, global rollouts and systems integration, we’d love to hear from you.
