We’re partnering with a highly respected organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme and looking to appoint an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of change.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive business change across complex programmes, ensuring new ways of working are understood, adopted and embedded successfully. Working alongside Programme Managers, Project Managers and senior leaders, you’ll shape change strategies that engage stakeholders, minimise disruption and deliver lasting business value.
The Role
You’ll lead business change across a portfolio of transformation initiatives, developing change strategies that support organisational readiness and successful adoption.
Building trusted relationships across the organisation, you’ll work with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making, manage change impacts and ensure colleagues remain engaged throughout the transformation journey.
