DevOps Engineer

Hybrid – London

£40,000 – £48,000

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build, automate and support modern cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines and engineering tooling that enable the reliable delivery of software across a complex technology landscape. Working closely with development, QA, architecture and integration teams, you’ll play a key role in improving automation, platform reliability, security and operational excellence.

While this is an important position within the team, we’re happy to consider candidates with around 2-4 years’ commercial experience who are looking to take the next step. What’s most important is hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, a strong understanding of CI/CD principles, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud platform solutions
  • Automate deployment, testing and operational processes
  • Manage and optimise development, test and production environments
  • Implement monitoring, logging and observability solutions
  • Support incident resolution and continuous service improvement
  • Embed security and DevSecOps best practices into delivery pipelines
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and delivery performance

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team and influence the evolution of DevOps practices, automation capabilities and cloud platform strategy. If this role sounds of interest, then please apply today
