Tria have partnered with a leading company working in the agriculture industry to hire a CTO. This is a strategic leadership role which is primarily responsible for defining and leading the technology strategy.
As part of the position, you will build and nurture a skilled technical team capable of delivering complex accounting and compliance tools at scale. You will also help to embed agile development practices focused on end-user feedback and quality. The CTO will oversee the design and evolution of the architecture ensuring security, maintainability, and scalability. They will also lead cloud infrastructure decisions and enforce clean, modular coding practices.
