Automation manager - Remote - £80,000 +

A leading UK-based brand is seeking a forward-thinking Development Manager to drive innovation, efficiency, and technical leadership.

Your Job:

In this high-impact role, you will lead cross-functional development teams, establish brilliant practices, and embed automation across the software development lifecycle. With a focus on scalability, performance, and security, you'll collaborate across departments to deliver reliable, high-quality digital solutions in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Your Skills:

  • Leading and mentoring development teams across multiple platforms
  • Driving DevOps and CI/CD practices to improve speed and reliability
  • Managing internal teams and external partners to deliver aligned outcomes
  • Supporting business continuity through robust system architecture and practices
  • Navigating a matrix environment to prioritise and align technical initiatives

Your Background:

  • Strong technical background in Azure and PHP
  • Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud
  • Proven track record of leading development teams and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
  • Ability to influence and align priorities within complex, cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and resource management skills
