Digital Solution Architect
Hybrid - Hertfordshire
Outside IR35 £600 - £650 per day
Our client, a well-established retailer, is seeking a Digital Solution Architect to join their IT department on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role covering all customer and digital-facing areas, with a focus on designing and delivering solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
You'll need strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in customer-centric architectural design is essential, and previous experience in hospitality or membership-based environments will be highly beneficial.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Digital Solution Architect
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong background in customer-facing or digital transformation projects
Experience within hospitality or membership-based sectors is advantageous
