We are looking for talented Graduate Delivery Consultants (Tech & Digital Recruitment) to join the team and be part of shaping our continued success.
The Role:
We are looking for trainee Delivery Consultants to work alongside Senior Consultants delivering top talent into various clients and sectors in the Tech and Digital space. You will be fully trained on job board/database searching, headhunting on LinkedIN, Networking and the whole facilitation of the recruitment lifecycle. We offer salaries up to £26,000 with an uncapped commission plan with no threshold. Top performers will also be rewarded with Directors Club trips, Lunch Clubs, Personal Training Sessions and the Long-Term Incentive Plan over and above your commission plan.
