Senior HR Business Partner

£70,000 per annum + excellent benefits package

Hybrid - 3x days per week in Gloucestershire office

We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of innovation and transformation.

This exciting business is known for its commitment to excellence and its people-first approach, supporting a diverse workforce across multiple locations. As Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy, driving engagement, and enabling leaders to build high-performing teams.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance across a range of HR disciplines including organisational design, talent management, and cultural change.

We are looking for an individual that has:

  • Proven experience operating as a senior HR professional in a complex business environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to deliver strategic initiatives with impact.
