We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join a busy service desk team supporting users across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role providing front-line technical support for a wide range of systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT queries via phone and remote support
  • Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows environments, networks, email, and telecoms
  • Assist with user account management and basic system administration
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or third-party providers

What You'll Need:

  • Solid understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting Windows OS and basic networking
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A professional, organised, and adaptable approach
