IT Trainer - 6 Month Contract

High Wycombe (3 days per week on-site)

Up to £650 (Inside IR35)

We're looking for an experienced IT Trainer to support users across the organisation following the rollout of several new internal systems, including Dynamics 365 (D365). This role will focus on boosting adoption, building user confidence, and delivering clear, engaging training tailored to different teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating high‑quality training materials (user guides, presentations, walkthrough videos, etc.)
• Delivering group and 1:1 training sessions across the organisation
• Supporting users with D365 and other newly implemented systems
• Translating technical features into simple, practical steps for day‑to‑day use
• Providing ongoing guidance to help embed new processes and ways of working

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Tech‑savvy, with the ability to rapidly understand new systems
• Experience delivering IT or systems training - D365 experience highly beneficial
• Ability to create clear, user‑friendly documentation
• Understanding of change management, or background working on change programmes
