The Role

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you'll support programme governance, track progress, manage documentation, and help drive accountability across teams. You'll also take ownership of smaller sub-projects - ensuring delivery milestones, risks, and actions are managed effectively to keep this high-profile transformation on track.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain programme governance standards, RAID logs, and action tracking

  • Support the Programme Manager with governance meetings and reporting

  • Manage and update the master programme plan, tracking milestones and dependencies

  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and stakeholder updates

  • Maintain the programme documentation library and communication updates

About You

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured programme environment
