We are looking for talented Senior Recruitment / Principal Consultants ideally with proven Tech/Digital recruitment experience to join the team and be part of shaping our continued success within the Tech & Digital space.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building a client base within the IT / Digital space and will have consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets whilst cultivating, maintaining and developing relationships with your clients. We offer salaries up to £45,000 with an uncapped commission plan up to 30% with no threshold. There is potential to earn up to 37% commission for high margin/value business and we have financial 'kickers' for growing your contract book. We also offer a Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) which offers up to 60% commission for long term employees. Top performers will also be rewarded with Directors Club trips, Lunch Clubs, Personal Training Sessions and a Long Term Incentive Plan over and above your commission plan. We also offer sizeable guarantees to get you up and running.
