We're looking for a Programme Coordinator to help drive a high-impact initiative focused on digital transformation and product innovation. What You'll Be Doing:
- Keeping the programme on track by managing governance, meetings, and communications.
- Building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource needs.
- Acting as the go-to person for all things programme-related across the organisation.
- Spotting risks early and helping teams navigate challenges with a solutions-first mindset.
- Preparing insights and recommendations to support smart decision-making.
- Supporting strategy development through research and analysis.
- Strengthening relationships across teams and ensuring everyone's in the loop.
- Leading on specific programme goals and helping shape the future of the initiative.
