We're looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst who knows their ServiceNow domain inside out. Someone who can confidently champion out of the box approaches, tell a compelling story to stakeholders, and guide clients through real transformation rather than surface level change.
In this role, you'll work across compliance, governance, IRM migration, audit readiness and HAM/SAM lifecycle management while partnering closely with banking clients who rely on you to connect their real world processes to platform capabilities.
You'll step into a position where your voice genuinely shapes the solution. You won't be gathering requirements in a vacuum. You'll be leading workshops, influencing platform strategy, challenging assumptions and steering clients toward best practice. You'll own the narrative, the process and the value story.

Lead workshops to uncover requirements and educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities
Translate banking processes into clear ServiceNow workflows and user stories
Defend best practice out of the box approaches while keeping stakeholders onside
✓ Solution and delivery leadership
Drive the design and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and governance modules
Identify automation and optimisation opportunities across client environments
Align solutions closely with ITIL and platform best practice
✓ Compliance, audit and governance expertise
Translate audit findings into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead IRM migration projects from start to finish
Oversee HAM/SAM lifecycle governance and EUC compliance standards
✓ Data, testing and quality oversight
Validate data models, mapping and integration requirements
Ensure robust testing coverage and UAT success
✓ Mentorship and leadership
Support junior consultants and shape delivery quality across engagements
5+ years as a Business Analyst in ITSM or ServiceNow environments
Hands-on experience across IRM, HAM, SAM, compliance or audit driven work
Strong familiarity with ITIL processes
Ability to lead workshops, influence senior stakeholders and articulate domain concepts clearly
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS-ITSM
Banking or financial services experience is highly desirable
