Are you a seasoned Test Manager with a passion for leading complex testing programmes across multiple vendors and workstreams? We're partnering with a client undergoing a major transformation portfolio and seeking a high-calibre Test Manager to drive robust testing strategy and governance across a range of customer-centric initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead test delivery across complex, multi-vendor environments
• Define and embed test strategy across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks
• Implement best practices across automation, manual testing, test governance and quality assurance
• Oversee environment readiness, test data management, and reporting of test metrics
• Engage with senior stakeholders, resolving blockers and ensuring continuous improvement of test processes
• Ensure traceability of test activities across diverse programmes in a heavily regulated setting

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end test management in complex transformation settings
• Strong automation experience using tools such as Selenium, UFT, Playwright, or Katalon
• Working knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD)
• Experience working within matrix organisations and managing multiple delivery streams
• Strong grasp of test governance, including metrics, reporting, environment/data readiness
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
• Hands-on test leadership across CI/CD-enabled environments (desirable)
