Charlotte Collins

Having spent my whole life in Wales, I decided to take the leap and move across the bridge to kickstart my career in recruitment. Since then, I've gained valuable experience across sectors like education, healthcare, and energy. Now, I’m excited to bring that experience to TRIA and begin this new chapter.

After speaking with several agencies in Bristol, TRIA really stood out to me. Their strong company culture and the fact that they're women-led were important factors in my decision. It’s a place where I can truly see myself growing long-term and making an impact.

My favourite part of the job is building meaningful partnerships with clients and candidates alike, helping candidates find their perfect roles.

I love spending good quality time with friends and family, exploring new places and going to music events. Staying fit and healthy is also a priority for me and I love running, strength training and trying out new HIIT classes.
