Charlotte Phillips

I have been at TRIA for about a year and a half now, and I can’t believe it has gone so quickly! I have recently moved into a Sales Consultant position after entering the business in Delivery. My background is in hospitality operations, and so I have always been passionate about customer (and client!) service.

I knew right from my interviews with TRIA that their relationship-focused approach would suit me. On top of this, the support to move into a 360 Sales role has been amazing, and I’m so excited about my future career with the team.

In this role, I love that you really get out what you put in. Plus, the team are amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to share a bit of carpet with.

Outside of work, I love to wander round Bristol eating cake and drinking cider, as well as attempt to play some rugby (but mostly just watching, with more cider!).
