Genna Mills

I started my career as a Primary School teacher, after 6 years, I jumped into recruitment and haven’t looked back! I worked in healthcare recruitment for two years before joining TRIA for a new challenge. I loved the vibe of the office, and the lovely TRIA team. I am also Bristol born and bred, and I absolutely loved the view of Bristol from TRIA Towers!

I have a little boy, so I work part time at TRIA. Everyone that I spoke to during the interview process really believed in what I could do, and I came away from the whole process feeling like I could really make something of my career even on part time hours. I really enjoy the variety of the job, the people I work alongside and just the general culture of TRIA, I have never worked anywhere quite like it.

My favourite part of the job currently is working on contract roles – I absolutely love the fast pace of the assignments!

In the free time I have (!) I love going to see live music, frequenting the delicious eateries that Bristol has to offer and going to festivals donned in sequins and leopard print.
